Keyword intelligence
Keyword Research
Keyword Research is a saved evidence workflow: define the question, approve the scope and estimate, review candidates, then import only the keywords that deserve operational ownership.
Question first
Choose seeds, a saved list, or competitor domains according to the research question.
Cost before action
The current estimate is visible before a paid run begins.
Selective handoff
Research results remain evidence until selected candidates are imported.
The complete research workflow
1
Choose a mode that matches the question.
2
Enter seeds or competitor domains and confirm market context.
3
Approve the current estimate and run the research.
4
Verify run context, then narrow candidates with terms and filters.
5
Select defensible rows and import them into the database or a list.
6
Reuse the saved run while its scope and freshness remain appropriate.
Research is not the keyword database
A research run is a dated candidate set with its own inputs, market, status, and cost. It does not change the operational keyword inventory until you import selected rows.
This separation lets teams explore broadly without silently polluting shared lists, tracking, tags, or reporting scopes.
What a good result looks like
- The market and research mode match the question.
- The candidate set is smaller after review than before it.
- Selected rows have a clear next use, owner, or list.
- The saved run explains where the imported keywords came from.
