Dashboard workspace briefing
The Dashboard is a briefing layer over the workspace. It connects the latest available signals without replacing the detailed reports that produced them.
Evidence first
Separate saved measurements from setup states, estimates, and orientation summaries.
Clear ownership
Use the overview to navigate, then inspect evidence in the feature that owns it.
Verified next step
Turn a signal into an action only after checking scope, freshness, and outcome criteria.
Use the Dashboard as a briefing
1
Confirm that the domain and workspace are correct.
2
Identify whether each card is measured, empty, or awaiting setup.
3
Compare the keyword, competitor, and technical snapshots.
4
Choose a priority and open the feature that owns its evidence.
5
Return after the next measurement to verify the result.
Keep freshness and ownership separate
Dashboard cards can come from different analyses and therefore do not necessarily share one reporting date. A ranking snapshot, completed crawl, competitor analysis, and activity event each keep their own scope and freshness.
- Open Keywords or Tracking for keyword rows and position history.
- Open Competitive Research for overlap and comparison evidence.
- Open Site Audit for crawl scope, issues, pages, and links.
- Open Activity for the complete event record.
Do not confuse setup with zero
A setup prompt, unavailable value, or empty card does not prove a measured value of zero. It means the required source, scope, or completed operation is not yet available to the Dashboard.
Separate learning resources from workspace evidence
The changelog, documentation, blog, glossary, public website, and newsletter explain Contextter and SEO concepts. They do not contain measurement evidence for the active workspace.
