Action Center
Action Center answers a practical question: what should the team work on next? It brings useful opportunities from the Keyword Database and Site Audit into one queue without hiding where each recommendation came from.
It is a decision layer, not a replacement for the source tools. Keyword metrics, affected URLs, crawl evidence, and link relationships remain available where they were collected.
One cross-product queue
Review keyword and technical opportunities together instead of maintaining separate spreadsheets and priority lists.
Goal-aware ordering
Choose whether the current focus is the best overall opportunity, more visibility, or a healthier website.
Evidence stays attached
Each action keeps its source, scope, affected work, impact, effort, and supporting evidence visible.
How the Action Center workflow works
Choose a goal
The selected goal changes the emphasis of the queue. It does not erase other opportunities or turn a subjective preference into objective truth.
| Goal | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Best overall opportunity | You want a balanced queue across available keyword and technical evidence. |
| Build visibility | The immediate focus is search demand, ranking opportunity, or keyword coverage. |
| Improve the website | The immediate focus is technical health, affected URLs, links, and crawl findings. |
Read an action correctly
A useful action should explain the problem in plain language, show what is affected, suggest concrete next steps, and link back to the source evidence. Priority is a working recommendation based on the available data—not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, or business impact.
For a detailed walkthrough, read Priorities and evidence.
After completing the action
Refresh the relevant evidence. For a keyword action, that can mean reviewing the list, current metrics, SERP context, or tracking data. For a technical action, it usually means running another crawl and checking whether the issue instance is resolved, persistent, or newly affected elsewhere.
