Dashboard
Dashboard metrics and tool readiness
Dashboard metrics are compact entry points. Their purpose is to direct investigation, not to collapse every feature into one universal score.
Evidence first
Separate saved measurements from setup states, estimates, and orientation summaries.
Clear ownership
Use the overview to navigate, then inspect evidence in the feature that owns it.
Verified next step
Turn a signal into an action only after checking scope, freshness, and outcome criteria.
Keyword snapshot
The selected keyword list controls the visible distribution and movement. Changing the list changes the snapshot, not the stored rows or tracking history.
Competitor snapshot
Search competitors are domains recurring in the active search evidence. They may not be commercial competitors. Qualify overlap, intent, market, and shared keywords before planning against them.
Site Audit snapshot
The card summarizes the selected property and latest completed crawl. Confirm crawl scope and completion before comparing scores or treating issue counts as current.
Tool readiness
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Configured | The required source or scope exists. |
| Data available | At least one usable result is available. |
| Updated | The card can identify its latest relevant result. |
| Setup required | No defensible measurement is available yet. |
Open the owner before deciding
Use the card link to inspect rows, filters, crawl details, or comparison scope. Export, assign, or fix only after the detailed view supports the same interpretation.
